J.D. has a passion for guiding businesses to growth and unmatched performance. He started his career providing strategic and financial consulting to dozens of businesses ranging from $1M to $100B in revenue. Having recently served as COO of a mid-sized healthcare services firm, transforming it from a regional to national provider while steering the organization from breakeven to the highest levels of profitability in its industry, J.D. is keenly aware of the keys to leading a company from a going concern to one with sustainable and realizable value. He is known for his strategic, analytical, optimization, talent acquisition and development, and organizational skills along with his knack to meld intelligence with creativity and humor.
